York'scher Pudding

Commissioner Herb remembered that there was a smell of York'scher pudding at the crime scene. Maybe this will tell him something. So he did checked in to Manchester and hitchhiked to York, the old roman town in North England. He traveled to the minister, a place of long history of searching and founding, a place with a lot of myths to be unfold.

Lighting two candles, cause old family habits will never die. He said a little prayer and is falling into investigation trance. Will the smoke of the candle tell him something or is the solution to it all deep in his heart. Is the heart of a nut(s) the solution to this case?? Herb is thinking deep and deeper.

He took some deep looks but didn't find the slightest clue.

In the ramada hotel he did find the first Christmas tree of 2009. It was white but no red ribbon to be seen. Herb is thinking of next Christmas, where would he be? What will be then? time will tell.

But to be sure to have a joyfully and nutty Christmas herb did sent a letter to Santa Clause with his wishes.

York did not help to solve the problem so commissioner herb entered another plane and keeps the hunt for the red ribbon and the happy end going on. And believe me GGGee that ain't nuts at all.

York again

Last Thursday T.so and I went back to York to visit the prospect again. We took a hotel room direct behind the old city wall. After we had our meeting - it was successful - we start strolling around. We had to come down, the day was exciting enough. It starts with a brake off of departure due technical issues. The Pilot has to roll back to the hangar. Half a hour later, we can lift off and landed safely in Manchester.

we watched old roman churches and lite two candles.

we strolled through museum's garden and took a look at King's manor, now the university of York.

we saw the cathedral again and peeped through the city wall. Was good fun and the City is worth a travel.

York

Last Sunday T.so traveled to Manchester and as always I travelled along with him. We had one hour delay from Munich airport and had difficulties in getting our car and finding the hotel. But at one o’clock in the night, we had managed it.

Next morning we drove to York, a lovely old English town. Nice buildings and we still had time to rush through the small town and to take some nice pictures. We even hoped into the cathedral.

The weather was not so fine but we took a quick nap in the car next to the customer we visited, while English rain falls down on our rooftop. The landscape is pretty as well, as you may see.
